Introducing Strong Mom Bootcamp at Nini Bambini!
This is not your average bootcamp, exercises are designed specifically for pregnant and postnatal mommas alike, plus you can bring your baby #BYOBaby!
Being strong is an important aspect to your pregnancy and postnatal journey as your body and posture undergoes many changes. Learn from Coach Amanda, Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, how to safely workout through your pregnancy and postpartum journey while preventing and healing common pregnancy discomforts such as diastasis, stretch marks, fatigue, and pelvic floor and core dysfunction.
Class includes a combination of core and pelvic floor strengthening, functional training, flexibility training, and mindfulness techniques. Any and all options will be provided to meet your needs and goals. This is a great opportunity to get out and meet other parents in an active, healthy environment. As you can bring baby, you can easily work this class into their schedule; it even works well during nap time!
There are no limitations on the age of your child. However, you must be at least 6 weeks postpartum, or pregnant, and cleared for exercise from your physician. Please bring a wrap or carrier for your little and/or a blanket for them to lay on.
